Have you ever spent time talking about your past issues with a friend, partner or therapist? 


Have you felt a lack of energy, a lack of closure after talking over these issues? 


Many traditional approaches focus on past events, past problems hoping to overcome them... Time and time again people come to me after weeks, months, years or even a decade of trying traditional talk therapy.


Many people at the start find it therapeutic to share their life story with a (hopefully) friendly therapist. Yet their problems stay or get worse over time, not better.


Think about it, if it was that easy to think or talk through an issue and it disappeared we probably would not need any help. It’s as if by magic all of a sudden talking over the past will get you results in the future. For most people a positive result is not the case.


In fact many studies show talking over issues can reinforce the problem, not release them. Repeating in your mind…

If you believe the label and take it on as your identity, you will become it! You will keep acting out the behavior of that label AKA identity!

In this section we will be identifying root causes of presenting problems. Any repetitive, critical or fear-based thoughts that drain your energy will be identified to be cleared. Any patterns you notice occurring in your life that you want to break free from will be noted down, so you can create healthier growth. We will list an inventory of unhelpful beliefs you may be holding about yourself, your future, your relationships and what you can accomplish.

Release and Reset

We will clear and release any unwanted thoughts you think or say to yourself like “I regret doing this…” “They don’t love me” “I’m struggling” “I’m anxious” “I’m not good enough” “I’m not interesting enough” “I’m stuck” “I can’t have what I want” “relationships are hard to find” ``relationships are hard work” “I’m not good at relationships.” “I lack confidence” “I’m not seen” “I’m not appreciated” “I’m not successful enough” “I’m stupid” “I’m not wanted” etc.
