Do you accept insurance or offer invoices for insurance?
No, this is not possible. The license we have is a Lifestyle Coaching, E-Services and Education and Training for the NLP coaching and Relationship Certification courses. So, with 12 years experience in the UAE and internationally, insurance is not accepted with most health insurance companies.
What are your opening hours and working times for sessions?
5 nights a week, appointments are available from 9am (GMT+4) until 10pm (GMT + 4). Friday, Saturday and Sunday are working days to accommodate clients with hectic work and family schedules.
Are you running in person sessions or only on Zoom?
Yes, in Dubai only or on Zoom. Once booked, both the address and zoom link will be provided for you to choose.
Do I need to have my camera on for sessions?
No, if this is your preference, we often get great results with the camera off.
How can I pay for sessions?
Bank transfer in Euro’s, GBP, or USD, or Cash or Paypal (with or without credit card).
How much are the sessions and programs?

What if I cannot make my appointment, what is the cancellation policy?
48 hours written notice is required to cancel or change an appointment.

We have packages available for 10 or more sessions. The most cost-effective solutions however would be our audio programs, click here for details.
I don’t know how to use Zoom, do you offer other options?
Yes, you can use WhatsApp voice call or Google hangouts if you cannot use zoom. You are also welcome to call my mobile. However, Zoom offers the best quality, free, and is preferred. To download zoom click here.
Do you speak Arabic, Hindi, French, Spanish?
The sessions are all in English with Nicola Beer only at the moment. We will be expanding the team later in the year so do feel free to drop us an email with a request.
Do you offer a guarantee?
Please be aware that whilst we give you 100% effort and skill, we can’t guarantee a success, as results may vary from person to person. In fact, we suggest running a mile from therapists offering guarantees. For our audio programs, we offer a 2 week guarantee and, if you make an honest effort and it, for any reason, is not right for you, we will refund you in full.
